Key responsibilities
  • Managing booking reports for all hospitality events, including occasional out-of-hours events.
  • Supporting the General Catering Manager in providing on-site facilities such as restaurants, coffee shops, and hospitality services.
  • Liaising with the Front of House team to ensure service delivery meets company standards.
  • Collaborating with the GM to meet financial targets, including costings and labour requirements.
  • Representing the on-site G&G team professionally.
  • Managing the Front of House team and ensuring all training is completed.
  • Working with the kitchen team to keep the hospitality menu fresh and appealing.
