Role Description:

  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team structure, reporting into a newly-promoted Associate Director.
  • Must be articulate and clear thinker.
  • Support the delivery of real estate projects across various stages, from early design through to completion.
  • Assist in preparing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals.
  • Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and site inspections to gain full project exposure.
  • Handle project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks with diligence and accuracy.
  • Learn from and contribute to a high-performing team culture under the guidance of respected leaders.
  • Approach challenges with a calm, thoughtful mindset, contributing to efficient problem-solving and smooth delivery.

Requirements:

  • Must have UK consultancy experience
  • A calm, thoughtful, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under the mentorship of senior leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a structured project environment and contributing to team-based delivery.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
  • Relevant academic background in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Alignment with the firm’s values of professionalism, integrity, and continuous development.
