What will you be doing?

Data Analyst

Hybrid – Dorking 2-3 days minimum

Maternity cover - 12-month Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and work closely with other analysts, business units, and stakeholders. This is an opportunity for someone who consistently delivers high-quality work and uses critical thinking to turn data into actionable business insights.

What will you bring?

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting data profiling and analysis to evaluate data sources, including Amazon Connect and internal claims information, and identifying the best options for business information.
• Completing source-to-target data mapping specifications.
• Designing simple to moderately complex, flexible data models.
• Collaborating with test engineers to support data validation and testing activities.
• Partnering with operational areas of the business to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
• Managing and communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their data requirements.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong understanding of data profiling and analysis concepts, including identifying data anomalies and mapping activities.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (Essential).
• Excellent collaborative behaviours and the ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
