Heart Mind Talent are excited to be working with a London basedGaming tech company to hire Paid Social Media Manager for theirgrowing team

We’re now looking for a Paid SocialMedia Manager to help scale our client's reach, driveacquisition, and bring our bold brand to life across all major socialmedia channels.

About the Role:

AsPaid Social Media Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, andperformance of all paid social campaigns. You’ll work closely withcontent, design, and data teams to launch compelling, ROI-drivencampaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive user acquisition atscale.

What You'll Do:

• Develop,implement, and manage paid social strategies across platforms such asMeta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X and emerging channels
• Build and execute campaign plans aligned with performance andbrand goals
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief and testad content (static, video, copy) tailored to different platforms andaudiences
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns in realtime — adjusting bids, targeting, creative, and placements
• Report on performance metrics, insights, and learnings to keystakeholders on a regular basis
• Stay on top of social trends,ad tech updates, and competitor activity to keep ahead of the curve
• Help define audience segmentation strategies and work withdata teams to refine targeting and lookalike models

About You:

• 3-8 years of hands-on experiencemanaging paid social campaigns in a high-growth environment
• Proven track record of driving strong performance throughMeta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms
• Experienceworking on betting and gambling-related social campaigns
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing,attribution, and creative performance
• Data-driven mindsetwith experience in campaign reporting, budget management, andoptimization
• Creative flair with an eye for compelling,thumb-stopping content
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced,results-oriented environment
