In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you’ll help power iconic electric cars. You will work alongside technicians and leaders to drive our commitment to shape a sustainable future. Use your expertise, cutting-edge technology, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Create and maintain the material flow vision and strategy, and lead the planning team to deliver projects aligned with this strategy.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop the material flow strategy affecting production, distribution, and inventory.
  2. Implement material flow solutions and projects to improve efficiency, safety, and performance.
  3. Collaborate with teams to develop integrated material flow solutions.
  4. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.
  5. Contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning supporting the business goals.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Experience in Logistic Operations
  • Management experience
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Knowledge of project management and process improvement
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
