In the Manufacturing team at JLR's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you'll help power iconic electric cars. What To Expect

Create and maintain the material flow vision and strategy, lead the planning team to deliver projects to achieve strategy.

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
  • Developing the material flow strategy that affects production, distribution, and inventory specific to the area of responsibility.
  • Implementing material flow solutions and projects to deliver agreed strategy and improved efficiency, safety, and performance.
  • Collaborating with wider teams to ensure development of integrated material flow solutions.
  • Building and managing budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models.
  • Applying effective planning techniques and contributing to operational (short-term), tactical (1-2 years), and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
What You'll Need
  • Previous experience in Logistics Operations
  • Experience managing a team
  • Good analytical skills and statistical ability
  • Experience or knowledge of project management and process improvement
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
