The Role

As a Commercial Real Estate PSL, you will be instrumental in ensuring the firm's Real Estate teams remain at the forefront of legal developments.

You will work closely with lawyers at all levels, providing expert guidance, creating training programmes, and developing knowledge resources to support the firm's continued growth and success.
Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing developments in Real Estate and landlord and tenant law, keeping teams up to date with key changes.
• Developing and maintaining precedent banks, best practice guides, and knowledge resources.
• Creating and delivering training programmes tailored to general Real Estate law as well as specialist sector-focused topics.
• Supporting fee earners with research, legal updates, and technical guidance.
• Producing thought leadership content, articles, and client bulletins to enhance the firm's profile in the Real Estate sector.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Real Estate lawyer with a passion for knowledge management and legal training. You will have:

• Strong experience in Real Estate law from a well-regarded City, national, or regional firm.
• Expertise in several of the following areas: real estate development, investment, property management, finance, social housing, and enfranchisement.
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capability to design and deliver training programmes.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Proficiency with IT tools and an enthusiasm for using technology to enhance legal services.
