Job Description

You may have been working as a Software Engineer in Test, Test Engineer or Test Analyst who is confident in their ability performing manual tests but also enjoys conducting automation testing.

You'll be part of an agile team helping our clients achieve their business transformation goals by identifying requirements, developing solutions, and providing ongoing guidance and advice in testing.

You may also get involved with:

1. Defining and executing test strategies, plans, and scripts
2. Accurate recording and monitoring of issues
3. Providing support to the development of scrum teams to automate tests to guide development
4. Reviewing test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards
5. Providing test estimates

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience of Automated Quality Assurance: delivering overnight cross-browser, functional, non-functional, API, integration, and acceptance tests
• Experience with front-end cross-browser functional testing, device testing, exploratory testing, systems integration, and user acceptance testing (manual testing)
• Confidence in building and maintaining frameworks in Java
• Practical experience with open-source tools such as Cypress, Karate, PlayWright, Selenium, or similar
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Resident in the UK for five or more years with no more than 30 days per year out of the UK to meet Security Clearance (SC) eligibility or currently hold Security Clearance
• Experience with performance testing or other non-functional testing is beneficial
