Job summary

Are you an exercise and nutrition professional looking for a flexible working opportunity? Do you have a passion for health improvement and making a real difference in people's lives?

Xyla has a number of exciting opportunities across the UK! As a Health & Wellbeing Coach, you will deliver our health improvement programmes to service users referred by their local GPs. You will guide service users through group and/or 1:1 sessions, helping them achieve their health goals through informed instruction, education, and inspirational support. This is a rewarding role where your contribution can be life-changing!

Please note: Before delivering sessions, you will undergo 3-4 weeks of training and onboarding. A driver’s license is required as you'll travel to community spaces across your designated locations, with travel expenses covered. You will also be responsible for storing and maintaining some delivery equipment (laptop, scales, projector, stadiometer).

Every day you will:

  • Conduct group sessions across your region and support 1:1 sessions as needed
  • Monitor and review the progress of service users, supporting behavioural changes
  • Implement engagement strategies to ensure adherence and reduce drop-outs
  • Handle and upload sensitive data accurately, maintaining detailed records
