The Opportunity

EHG's Pregnancy and Parenting division seeks an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our global team in the UK. Reporting to the Healthcare Director, this role focuses on driving new business revenues in clinical studies recruitment. It’s ideal for a strategic, results-oriented individual with a strong grasp of digital media and the clinical trials landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships.
  2. Increase cross-platform revenues, including expanding existing business.
  3. Conduct cold calls to develop a robust sales pipeline.
  4. Build relationships with prospective clients in healthcare and pharma sectors, including agencies.
  5. Identify clients and decision-makers within organizations.
  6. Research and establish relationships with new clients.
  7. Arrange meetings between clients and company leaders.
  8. Develop proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
  9. Travel to prospects, clients, industry events, and agencies.
  10. Collaborate internally to optimize quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of sales experience in Clinical Trials and Pharma industries.
  • Experience in medical education and patient recruitment campaigns is preferred.
  • Ability to sell ideas, products, and services.
  • Proven track record of creating new business relationships.
  • Knowledge of digital and data landscapes is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze markets, customers, competitors, and prospects.
  • Highly organized with multitasking skills.
  • Team player, capable of working across teams.
