Role Overview

As a Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, managing donations, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The role involves manual handling and the recruitment and management of volunteers who assist with donations, sales, and community engagement.

You will establish connections with local businesses, Salvation Army Corps, and community members to foster donations, volunteering, and partnership opportunities.
