You will work across diverse projects, from regenerating historic areas to planning new developments that enhance the quality of life for communities. The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join our dynamic client. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of town planning. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, from initial feasibility studies to detailed planning applications. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.

• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive planning solutions.

About You

• A recent graduate with a degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
• A keen interest in sustainable development and urban regeneration.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as GIS, AutoCAD, or similar is an advantage.
