My client is the UK’s leading purpose-built residential care home developer. With over 30 years of experience and innovation in the sector, my client has a track record of providing excellent services and design.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in a planning role desired; however, full training is provided!
  • RTPI or RICS accredited degree.
  • High standards of written and verbal communication.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, but also a genuine team player.
  • A keen interest in the full land and planning process.
  • Full UK driving licence (ideal).
