This is an award-winning national Financial Planning and Wealth Management Business looking to grow their Diploma Qualified Financial Advisors and Independent Financial Advisors across the UK. They offer wealth management services to mass affluent and HNW individuals. The group is highly profitable, carries no debt, and has a long-standing track record in Financial Services.

THE ROLE

The Financial Advisor role is an exceptional opportunity and includes the following benefits: existing client bank provided, access to ongoing leads, lead generation support, back-office support including paraplanning and admin support.

The business regularly acquires client books and manages FUM, providing new Financial Advisors with existing client books to service, retain, and grow, alongside conducting new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate is a Diploma Level 4 Qualified Financial Advisor, either Employed or Self-Employed, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CF30 UK Financial Advisor role.

• £55,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary plus car allowance
• Uncapped bonus structure

• Advise clients on current financial issues and make recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate new business and develop introducer relationships

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Diploma Level 4 Qualified UK Financial Advisor
• 1-2 years minimum experience as a Financial Advisor
• Experience advising on Investments, Pensions, and Protection
• Proven success and achievement record
• Experience managing client relationships
• Ability to manage and grow a client book
• Motivated, driven, and hungry to earn minimum c£100,000+
