WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Site-based contract with a hybrid working pattern.

Join our community. This is a great opportunity for an individual to join the Santander UK Policy Governance Team. The role involves carrying out Policy Registrar duties, including managing the bank's Internal Regulation Register and Library, which contain Frameworks, Policies, and Policy Standards.

The difference you’ll make

  • Managing and administering Santander UK’s Internal Regulation Register & Library.
  • Administering related tools such as SharePoint Online and the Santander UK Policy Mailbox.
  • Embedding the Policy Hierarchy Governance Standard within the division, ensuring policy renewal dates are met, and stakeholders are educated.
  • Creating new documents aligned with governance standards.
  • Recommending and implementing initiatives to improve current processes.

What you’ll bring

  • Ability to engage with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and build relationships across the business.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large and varied workload.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate knowledge into recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). SharePoint administration experience is a plus.
  • Proactive in identifying improvements and raising suggestions appropriately.

Additional Information

This role offers a site-based contract with a hybrid working pattern, requiring travel to Milton Keynes approximately 2 days per week. This is a permanent position.
