Position: Director of Sales Luxury 5-Star Hotel Market

Location: Rutland, Leicestershire (with regular London client engagement)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Generous Performance Bonus

Are you a polished, strategic sales professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and a strong network in Londons high-end corporate and events market?

Were seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join a stunning and exclusive hotel nestled in the heart of Rutland a property renowned for its charm, elegance, and world-class service. This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on developing our footprint within the premium 5-star hotel sector, targeting discerning London-based clients and luxury-focused agencies.

Your Role:

As Business Development Manager, youll drive forward a clear and ambitious sales strategy, building key relationships with high-end corporates, luxury event planners, and VIP clientele. Working closely with an in-house Marketing Assistant, you will curate and execute high-impact campaigns and engagement plans to grow market share and exceed revenue targets.

What Youll Be Doing:

Leading proactive outreach and networking in the London luxury market to generate new high-value business.

Representing the hotel at premium industry events and bespoke networking functions.

Cultivating deep partnerships with event agencies, concierge services, and elite venue finders.

Overseeing tailored sales pitches and site visits that align with our unique luxury brand.

Collaborating across departments to ensure flawless guest experiences from booking to stay.

A proven track record in business development within luxury or 5-star hotels.

Established network of high-end corporate clients, particularly London-based.

Impeccable presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and inspire.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to spot and capitalise on high-value opportunities.
