Order Picker/Warehouse Operative – Nights

This is a temp to perm contract, with the potential for candidates to secure a permanent position within our client’s team. Benefits include bike to work scheme, cinema discounts, and health & fitness benefits.

Note: Due to shift times, candidates must live locally to Goldthorpe or have their own transport.

Pay Rate: £12.50 up to 10pm, £15.63 from 10pm (with increases after 12 weeks to £13.84 and £17.30).

Job Type: Temp to perm

Location: Goldthorpe, S63

Hours: 8pm start, working until finish (usually between 7-9 hours), on a rotating schedule of any 5 days over 7, including weekends.

The Role:

• Work in a chiller at 2-5 degrees; must be comfortable in cold environments. Handling fresh produce in cases, physically demanding work.
• Achieving daily pick rates/KPIs
• Voice picking with headset
• Driving/operating a LLOP (low level order picker)
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Ensure products are secured, correctly marked, and correctly dispatched
• Full coaching and training provided, including a 12-week structured training plan
