My client is a main contractor specialising in quality Fit Out within Hospitality & Leisure sectors, with projects on high-class restaurants, bars, gyms, hotels and offices.
They have two upcoming projects valued at 2.5m and 2m where they're looking for a Project or Senior level Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage both projects from start to finish.
The role is office-based in Central London and visiting sites as appropriate.
The client is open to freelance (Outside Scope of IR35 / Limited Company), temp-to-perm or perm.
