We are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Days) to join our team in Kirkby, with commutable locations including Liverpool, St Helens, Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Birkenhead, Widnes, Warrington, Crosby, and Prescot.

Offering £42,000 plus progression opportunities, in-house training, a growing company, and overtime, this role is ideal for an engineer experienced in maintaining production machinery who is seeking a long-term, secure position.

Our company is the UK's only manufacturer in a niche industry, known for valuing and supporting their staff through training and career development. With year-on-year growth and recent large contract acquisitions, we are expanding our engineering team with an additional Maintenance Engineer.

In this role, responsibilities include responding to breakdowns, maintaining continuous improvement, and handling installation, relocation, and modification of equipment and machinery.

This position is suitable for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer interested in further training and progression, working a day shift pattern with a market-leading UK manufacturer.

The Role:

• Responding to breakdowns, maintaining continuous improvement, and handling installation, relocation, and modification of equipment and machinery.
• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including furnaces, vacuum pumps, and refrigeration plants.
• Working hours: Monday - Thursday (8 am - 5 pm), Friday (8 am - 2:30 pm)
