Job description

We are looking for an Education Welfare Officer who:

  • Holds themselves to extremely high standards and is fully aligned to our ‘warm strict’ approach by being firm, fair and always supportive
  • Sweats the small stuff, ensuring that every detail is executed to the highest standard with precision and care
  • Communicates with radical candour by being honest, direct and always with the best interests of the team and those we serve in mind
