Job Description

To work within the Logistics Team performing set daily tasks to support the transition of material through the hub to meet business requirements and service level agreements.

Carry out a range of tasks including Goods Receipt, Picking, Stock relocation, Repair receipt, packing, Perpetual inventory checks, Intersite transport, etc.

Work in line with business processes, SAP, and local Logistics Standard Operating Procedures.

Skills, qualifications & knowledge

• Essential - Logistics, retail, warehouse, stock management experience.
• Essential - Experience using SAP for logistics transactions or similar business systems.
• Essential - Clean UK driving licence.
• Desirable - Certification to operate a forklift & Reach truck.
• Desirable - Certification to operate a Pallet Stacker truck and MEWP.

Key areas of responsibility

• Accurately perform the picking and put-away of inventory.
• Control and process incoming goods receipts.
• Packing of deliverable items.
• Customer repair receipt and processing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and batch traceability.

• Neat and tidy work ethic in line with 5S principles.
• Manually dexterous.
• Complete set tasks accurately and precisely.
• Work as part of a small, closely-knit team, capable of working unsupervised at times.
