Talent Resourcer

Are you passionate about recruiting top talent? As a Talent Resourcer, you'll focus on attracting the best managers within the industry, both front of house and back of house.

We are looking for a Talent Resourcer to support our recruitment strategy and ensure our businesses are fully staffed at all times. Your role will involve finding the best talent and helping them grow and belong.

Responsibilities
  • Create and post engaging job adverts across all platforms.
  • Manage candidates through our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other platforms.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates via CV databases and Boolean searches.
  • Headhunt candidates through ad hoc communication and partnered channels.
  • Organize interviews for hiring managers, providing complete candidate information.
  • Report on recruitment KPIs and live vacancies.
  • Handle new openings: posting adverts, screening candidates, and setting up interviews.
  • Own the full candidate journey, including providing feedback on interviews, rejections, and offers.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for all salaried team members.
