Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage candidates using platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and industry-specific networks.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver quality talent.
- Develop talent pools for potential future candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process within the People team, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Enhance the company's employer brand through engagement and participation in recruitment events.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Represent Vital Energi as an employer of choice, showcasing our values and projects.
- Support talent development initiatives alongside the People Team and Talent Acquisition Manager.
What You Will Need
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Successful headhunting experience using platforms like LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Team player mentality.
- Driving license is essential.
