Your Role

You will join our rapidly growing Data & AI Strategy team within Capgemini Invent, at the forefront of designing and building strategies and operating models to transform how organizations leverage data & AI. We are building a team of experts across the data & AI lifecycle, seeking talented individuals to strengthen our position as leaders in data & AI strategy & operating models.

Our Managers and Senior Managers combine top-tier delivery with thought leadership to become trusted advisors to senior clients. You will lead teams of data & AI consultants and technical specialists on large, complex projects to transform data & AI capabilities.

We seek candidates with consulting experience in sectors such as Transport, Energy, Utilities, Government, Defence, Consumer Products & Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Financial Services.

As a Data & AI Operating Model Manager, you will play a leadership role in helping organizations leverage data and AI to drive business outcomes, including:

• Leading data & AI operating model projects, transforming capabilities from design to implementation for organizations of various sizes and maturity levels.
• Assessing existing data capabilities, identifying opportunities and gaps, and developing blueprints for operating models.
• Building trusted relationships with senior clients, providing guidance on data & analytics capabilities across the value chain.
• Blending assessment and design with business change expertise, leading design and implementation of operating models, and coaching senior clients to become data leaders.
• Spearheading the integration of ethical, responsible, and sustainable data practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Contributing to practice development by identifying market opportunities, creating innovative offerings, and developing thought leadership content.
• Identifying growth opportunities within accounts, leading qualification, responses, and team design to meet client needs.

Your Profile

• Experience in organizational design: advising on effective data team structures, governance, skills, and deployment methodologies.
• Knowledge of data & analytics delivery models: expertise in agile data development, AI/ML Ops, Analytics Ops, and adapting methodologies to client objectives.
• Understanding of business architecture: aligning data & analytics teams with organizational structures and integrating with third parties.
• Knowledge of the data value chain: working across data lifecycle stages, defining processes for ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
• Understanding of data tooling: advising on suitable tools and platforms for different organizational needs.
• Excellent communication skills: engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite and technical teams.
• Strategy development: leading clients in defining and adjusting data strategies to meet evolving business goals.
• Scaling data capabilities: guiding clients on technology leverage to enhance data teams’ agility and capacity.
