Your Role

You will join our rapidly growing Data & AI Strategy team within Capgemini Invent, leading the design and implementation of strategies and operating models to transform how organizations leverage data & AI across industries. You will lead teams of consultants and specialists, managing complex projects to enhance data & AI capabilities.

We seek candidates with consulting experience in sectors such as Transport, Energy, Utilities, Government, Defence, Consumer Products & Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI operating model projects, transforming capabilities from design to implementation.
• Assess organizational data maturity, identify opportunities, and develop blueprints for operating models.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients, providing guidance on data & analytics capabilities.
• Blend assessment with business change expertise, leading design and practical implementation of operating models, coaching senior clients.
• Spearhead integration of ethical, responsible, and sustainable data practices, ensuring compliance.
• Contribute to practice development by identifying market opportunities, creating offerings, and thought leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts, craft responses, and leverage full service scope for maximum client value.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in organizational design for effective data teams and structures.
• Expertise in delivery models like agile data development, AI/ML Ops, Analytics Ops.
• Understanding of business architecture and data value chain management.
• Knowledge of data tooling and platforms, advising on suitable tools for client needs.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership in strategy development, assessment, and adaptation of operating models.
• Ability to guide clients in scaling data capabilities effectively.
