Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will prepare patients for scans, perform diagnostic procedures, and ensure safety and professionalism. Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing radiographic procedures under physician guidance
• Applying isotopes for diagnosis with independence and ingenuity
• Testing inpatients and outpatients
• Using Nuclear Medicine cameras and equipment
• Administering pharmaceuticals and radiopharmaceuticals per scope of practice
• Maintaining radiation safety standards
• Checking patient charts and preparing patients for exams
• Operating gamma cameras for scans

Qualifications:

• CPR certification
• State Registered Radiologic Technician
• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology Program
• Certified NMTCB or Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
• 1 year experience preferred but not required
• Ability to complete competencies within probationary period
