Project Manager

Head Resourcing is pleased to be working with a financial services company as they look to recruit a talented Project Manager. Our client provides a range of outsourced investment services to private banks, advisory businesses, and wealth managers, with offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The successful applicant will be part of the change team supporting and facilitating business change within the organization and wider client base. The change team focuses on encouraging transparency and communication, facilitating collaboration and innovation. This involves working closely with both IT and operations to implement best practices.

In this role, you will work on a mixture of Infrastructure, Software, and Regulatory change projects. Experience in all three is not required, as they are happy for the right person to learn on the job. There will also be opportunities to influence ways of working and set processes for Project Management.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated project management experience
• Experience with either software or infrastructure change projects
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management software tools
• Knowledge of project governance and participation in project meetings
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
