Wipro seeks a Desktop Support Engineer to provide first and second line IT support in project offices. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, collaborating with global teams, and maintaining IT documentation. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and broad IT infrastructure knowledge.
About the Role:
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide first and second line support for IT in the respective project offices. This includes supporting laptops/desktops, printers, AV and meeting room equipment, MS Office and business applications, and delivering images and upgrades. While primarily supporting Windows, a broad understanding of other IT technologies such as network and server infrastructure is required to troubleshoot complex problems and undertake routine maintenance activities supported by 3rd line support.
