As a Cover Supervisor, your main objective is to provide high-quality teaching and learning cover across the school. You will be responsible for leading whole classes, managing challenging behaviours, and ensuring all pupils remain focused and on track to meet their lesson objectives.
Underley Garden School is a large school with small class sizes, focusing on pupils aged 5-19 with complex needs related to autism and learning disabilities, including communication, sensory, and behavioural needs.
