As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to join our close-knit team at Underley Garden School, part of Options Autism.
The main objective of the Cover Supervisor is to provide high-quality teaching and learning cover across the school. Responsibilities include leading whole classes, managing challenging behaviours, and ensuring pupils meet lesson objectives. This role is crucial for maintaining consistency and continuity of education, especially when teachers are absent or engaged in other activities.
As a staff member, you would also contribute to:
Underley Garden School caters to pupils aged 5-19 with complex needs related to autism and learning disabilities. We focus on a holistic, person-centred approach, offering education, care, and therapy tailored to individual needs. Located near Kirkby Lonsdale, we are part of Options Autism, a leader in innovative approaches for individuals with autism and complex needs.
