The salary range for this role is £34,867 to £42,376 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour working week.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury and neurodisability. The charity provides rehabilitation, medical care, special education, community services, and expert information.
We are the only paediatric centre with a national specialised commissioning contract through NHS England to provide brain injury rehabilitation for children with severe brain injury. Our other services are funded through local health commissioners, social care, education authorities, and voluntary fundraising. Thanks to our supporters, our 24-acre Tadworth site features a modern hydrotherapy pool, accommodation for parents, specially adapted equipment, a nature trail, and soft play areas.
The role of the Registered Nurse (Band 5) is to ensure the safe and effective delivery of high-standard, individualised care across a twenty-four-hour period, in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.
