Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Do you have experience working in a classroom setting and hold an NVQ3 Qualification or equivalent? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Coventry on a permanent basis. This role offers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Requirements:
- NVQ3 Qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a classroom
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive and nurturing attitude towards children's learning and development

Additional requirements:
- Safeguarding training certification
- First aid certification

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
- Support individual students with their learning and development
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress
- Participate in school events and activities as required
