Position: SEN Teacher at Wings Notts School

As an SEN Teacher at Wings Notts School, you will be an integral part of our team committed to putting children and young people at the heart of everything we do. Your responsibilities include planning, assessing, and delivering outstanding teaching and learning using proven methods and approaches that enable all young people to learn effectively, while also meeting their pastoral needs. You will establish excellent relationships with parents and carers, inspiring trust and confidence among pupils, colleagues, families, and other professionals.

About you:

Ideally, you are a qualified practitioner with a strong command of core curriculum subjects up to GCSE level, coupled with an understanding of the importance of play, Learning Outside the Classroom, and phonics, especially relevant to early years education. Experience working with children with SEND and ASC is essential, along with the ability to deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective teaching that motivates young people. You should be passionate about supporting their learning and development and committed to making a positive impact on their lives through structured, nurturing educational environments both at school and at home.
