We are looking for a Senior Account Executive, Service Provider EMEA, who can build strong, lasting relationships with channel partners in your assigned territory. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique needs and business drivers, and helping them grow with our innovative product suite.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse territory and segment it into key accounts versus low-touch accounts to maximise efficiency and growth.
  2. Generate business in assigned accounts through deep territory knowledge and strategic sales reviews.
  3. Define account-specific strategies to grow share of wallet and coordinate with CSM for smooth adoption.
  4. Validate stakeholders’ needs and business plans within your accounts regularly.
  5. Understand partners’ end clients, their needs, and growth plans.
  6. Collaborate with the SME for Extend products to ensure partners are fully versed and can leverage them for growth.
  7. Lead local member firms of any Global partner and collaborate with global counterparts to foster regional growth.
  8. Understand partner go-to-market strategies through trust-based interactions and regular meetings; advocate for their strategic needs internally.
  9. Work with customer success, support, and product teams to support assigned partner accounts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS technology solution-selling in a B2B environment.
  • A proven track record of success in hunting and managing a growing book of business.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and engaging multiple stakeholders, from business champions to C-level executives.
  • Success in driving multiple products within an account.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and internally.
Additionally, we would love it if you have:
  • Understanding of GenAI and experience selling tools that incorporate it.
  • A record of being a fast learner and self-motivated to deliver results independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize based on business impact.
  • Experience with hybrid SaaS and on-premise sales.
