Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager/Project Director to oversee a major Data Centre project as the No.1. You will be responsible for leading the site team and managing all client interactions.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience as a No.1, with a track record of handling all pre-construction activities and successfully delivering projects with Tier 1 contractors. Experience in managing the full scope of on-site work, including program, quality, and subcontractor management, is essential.

You should be able to protect the business's position while driving profitability and project timelines.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of two industrial/factory projects delivered
• Strong communication skills
• CSCS certification
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid certification

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and successfully delivering industrial projects
• Managing site operations, supervising staff, subcontractors, plant, and materials, and managing information flow
• Maintaining strict quality control procedures
