Role overview

We are seeking a driven individual with previous FP&A experience to join the DUAL Group Finance team, reporting to the Head of FP&A. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in producing quarterly forecasts, monthly reports, analyzing key KPIs, and building strong relationships with regional teams globally.

Role responsibilities

1. Support the production of quarterly reforecasting and monthly reporting alongside the Head of FP&A.
2. Analyze financial data trends and KPIs to support decision-making, collaborating with the Underwriting Analytics team and Howden Group finance.
3. Work with regional CFOs and finance teams to develop best practices in reporting and commercial analysis.
4. Develop and operate financial models supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to DUAL Group strategy.

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE from an internationally recognized accounting body.
• Experience in financial modeling.
• Highly analytical, confident, and concise in presenting to senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Desirable experience

• Experience in the insurance market.
