Role overview

We seek a driven, motivated individual with previous FP&A experience to join the DUAL Group Finance team, reporting to the Head of FP&A.

The successful candidate will play a key role in producing quarterly forecasts, monthly reports, analyzing KPIs, and building strong relationships with regional teams globally.

Role responsibilities

1. Support quarterly reforecasting and monthly reporting alongside the Head of FP&A.
2. Analyze financial data trends and KPIs to support decision-making, collaborating with Underwriting Analytics and Group finance.
3. Work with regional CFOs and finance teams to improve reporting practices and commercial analysis.
4. Develop financial models supporting strategic initiatives and contribute to DUAL Group strategy development.

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE from a recognized international accounting body.
• Experience in financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present information confidently to senior management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.

Desirable experience

• Experience in the insurance market.
