The Role:

Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join the Recycle Revolution within our Energy from Waste division.

Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Technician / Engineer with basic Electrical knowledge? Do you have experience working in process plant, heavy engineering, or related industries?

Do you have knowledge of equipment such as gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulics, or similar heavy mechanical machinery, and are you looking to expand your technical knowledge and career development with Suez?

The Package:

• Salary up to £38,898 + 10% Bonus (~ £3,889) + ~£3k on-call allowance (1 week in 4). Salary increments available up to £44,732 once the right person is in position.
• Benefits include Pension, Life assurance, Long-term Sick Pay (post-probation), Corporate Discount catalogue, Cycle to work, Childcare vouchers, and more.
• Shifts are Mon - Fri with options: 07:00 - 15:30 Mon - Thurs & 07:00 - 12:00 Friday OR 07:30 - 16:00 Mon - Thurs & 07:30 - 12:30 Friday.

To join us in this key role, you'll need an Engineering background, ideally a time-served Apprenticeship (or equivalent experience), and previous mechanical maintenance engineering experience in a process or heavy engineering environment or similar industry.
