Job Title: Clinical Director
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum (D.O.E)
Location: Moor Cottage Veterinary Practice, Berkshire
Job Type: Permanent. Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, 1:6 Saturdays (8:30am-16:30pm) No OOH.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Clinical Director to join our friendly and supportive team here at Moor Cottage.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the management and delivery of the clinical activities and financial performance within your business in conjunction with your Head of Region and central support teams. You will have a passion for delivering the best possible service, support, and outcomes for patients, clients, and colleagues, and the wider Linnaeus group. You will help shape your business's team, leading by example via excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth working relationships between your teams, central support, and other group practices. You will ensure that excellent quality improvement and education, as well as Associate fulfilment and engagement, are an integral part of your practice outputs, alongside a culture of being committed to excellence in all that is done.
You will be working alongside our fantastic team of 6 Vets, 10 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 2 PCAs, and a wonderful support and client care team. Our team has a wide range of interests including internal medicine, surgery, fear-free approaches, and feline medicine. We have an Advanced Practitioner in Feline Medicine, vets currently studying towards certificates, with one RVN studying for an Exotic certificate and one RVN with a Feline Nursing certificate. Further qualifications and study are very much encouraged across the team. We also have a visiting orthopaedic vet enabling us to keep cases in-house.
