Job title: Graduate Airframe Engineer

Location: Prestwick (Ayrshire)
Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are offered; however, attendance at the site 3-5 days per week is expected.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you’ll be doing:

The Graduate Airframe Engineer role encompasses four disciplines: Aerodynamics, Design, Materials, and Structural.

1. Aerodynamics: Delivers aerodynamic solutions to maintain, develop, and apply aerodynamic capabilities to aircraft programs.
2. Design Engineering: Produces the integrated airframe design definition and physical product design dataset for manufacturing, support, qualification, and certification.
3. Materials Engineering: Provides technical support for materials and processes, including materials development and manufacturing activities.
4. Structures Engineering: Defines the initial airframe structural design and ensures ongoing structural integrity of BAE Systems' air products.
