Digital Marketing @ Bloom & Wild Group

Our Digital Marketing team drives sustainable growth through innovative and measurable campaigns. The Retention team focuses on nurturing existing customers via email, push notifications, and digital initiatives, collaborating across departments like Brand, Creative, Data, and Product.

What you’ll be doing

We’re seeking a Senior Retention Marketing Executive to manage email and push channels for Germany and Austria, reporting to our Senior Retention Performance Manager, Anna. You will develop campaigns, analyze results, and contribute to our German growth strategy and other strategic projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, briefing, and executing email marketing strategies for Germany & Austria
• Collaborating with Brand, Creative, Range, and Country teams for customer-centric campaigns
• Building campaigns in Braze, including A/B testing, segmentation, and scheduling
• Supporting strategic growth projects, like test-and-learn initiatives
• Creating discount and tracking codes in our CMS
• Analyzing A/B test outcomes and providing insights
• Reporting on key metrics in monthly team meetings

You’ll love this role if you…

• Have a customer-first mindset, passionate about delivering excellent campaigns and innovating retention channels

• Have 1-2 years of email marketing experience; D2C experience is a plus
• Are based in the UK and can travel to our London office twice a week
• Possess German language skills or proficiency (desirable but not essential)
• Have some HTML and email marketing experience
• Are comfortable with data analysis and working with numbers
• Experience with Asana and Braze is desirable
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Can manage multiple projects with high standards and flexibility
• Approach problems logically, with attention to detail and ownership
