Technical Project Manager - Inside IR35 - Up to £40 per hour - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - Until end of 2023 - SINGLE STAGE PROCESS - ENGINEERING/MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND

Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a temporary role lasting until the end of 2023. The position is within the aeronautical industry at one of Europe's largest sites. Due to site growth and new commercial product developments, there is a need for this role to oversee mechanical, electrical, and building fabric installation standards supporting the services organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and provide technical input for strategic projects involving mechanical, electrical, and building fabric requirements for capital investment projects.
2. Maintain continuous and structured communication with site technical services teams to ensure standards and specifications are aligned.
3. Support the development of specifications, including feasibility studies, ensuring compliance and sustainability standards are met.
4. Provide technical support for business cases and capital investment projects on site.
5. Represent and lead all technical service interfaces during design reviews.
6. Advise and coach the Major Project management team on issues related to mechanical and electrical services.
7. Attend all design reviews as the Services representative.
8. Monitor project delivery against key timelines and escalate issues to the Services management team.
9. Provide weekly summaries of project status for all service-related investments.
10. Coordinate with the core services team on local or geographical issues.
11. Represent Services in other business cases to ensure technical requirements and standards are met.
12. Participate in specific project reviews as the Services representative.
13. Ensure technical requirements and specifications are delivered at each project stage to meet standards and deliverables.
14. Ensure all asset details are documented according to the process for deployment into the CAFM system or project pack.
