Are you seeking a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity in property management?

Enfield Council is looking for a Director of Property Services to oversee a wide range of responsibilities and drive significant revenue growth.

As the Director, you will manage a substantial budget, including a revenue budget of £11m, an expenditure of £19m pa, and a capital budget of £2.9m pa for corporate and development projects. You will oversee an asset value of up to £1.6 billion, including a commercial portfolio of around £48 million.

Your remit will include strategic property services, property utilisation, construction management, facilities management, and strategic development. This is a highly commercial role requiring a leader capable of increasing revenue and delivering capital receipts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic asset management, commercial properties, and the ability to drive cultural change and enhance delivery speed. Candidates from local government or other industries are encouraged to apply.
