Looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity in property management?
Enfield Council is seeking a Director of Property Services to oversee a wide range of responsibilities and drive significant revenue growth.
As the Director, you will manage a substantial budget, including a revenue budget of £11m, expenditure of £19m per annum, and a capital budget of £2.9m per year for corporate and development projects. You will oversee assets valued up to £1.6 billion, including a commercial portfolio of approximately £48 million.
Your responsibilities will include strategic property services, property utilisation, construction management, facilities management, and strategic development. This is a highly commercial role requiring a leader capable of increasing revenue and delivering capital receipts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic asset management and commercial properties, with the ability to lead cultural change and enhance delivery speed. Candidates from local government or other industries are encouraged to apply.
