Service Demand Planning Associate

CK Group is recruiting for a Service Demand Planning Associate to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, on a 6-month contract. The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days on-site per week.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise digital tools to monitor demand and supply of service activities, exceptions, and imbalances.
• Update customers on case changes to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Support weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings by providing insights for demand management.
• Monitor system data quality to ensure optimal process performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in demand planning.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis decision-making.
• Proficiency in enterprise information systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM).
• Experience working in a technology-led environment, preferably in healthcare.
