Responsibilities:

• Use digital tools to monitor service demand and supply regularly.
• Address potential supply and demand issues by considering various solutions.
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve supply challenges.
• Provide insights during weekly meetings to help manage demand and make allocation decisions.
• Ensure data quality for optimal process performance.
• Follow procedures for all service activities to maintain an effective management system.
• Ensure accurate data entry for inventory management.
• Foster communication and engagement within the organization.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Education equivalent to A-levels and at least five GCSEs, including English and Math.
• Experience in demand planning is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders.
• Experience in a technology-driven environment, preferably in healthcare.
