Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated PVG Head Chef to join their team in Dundee. In this role, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing high-quality dishes while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PVG Chef and hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a supportive environment, serving approximately 50 covers for lunch. KPI Recruiting are on the lookout for a PVG Head Chef to work with our client based in Dundee.

Working Days and Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 14:00

Rate of Pay

• £20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
• Responsibility for Health and Safety
• Responsibility for Food Hygiene Practices
• Maintaining food quality and standards for all dishes
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations, including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Serving approximately 50 covers for Lunch, including Main and Dessert

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a PVG Chef
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
