Job description

KPI Recruiting is seeking a PVG Head Chef to join our client in Dundee.

Working Hours and Days

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 14:00

Pay Rate

• £20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Maintaining food hygiene standards
• Ensuring food quality and standards are met
• Meeting all kitchen regulations, including sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Serving approximately 50 covers for lunch, including main and dessert

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a PVG Chef
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
