We're Hiring: Data Lead - Savings | Hybrid | London

Are you passionate about data strategy, visualisation, and driving business intelligence? We're looking for a Data Lead to join a high-performing team within a specialist UK financial institution focused on delivering outstanding savings products and customer outcomes.

Location: London (Hybrid - 50/50 split)
Department: Product Operations - Savings & Marketing
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive + benefits

About the Role

As the Data Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the data strategy across the Savings and Marketing divisions. You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing Tableau dashboards, ensuring data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.

This is a hands-on role with strategic influence-ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about data governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards
  • Lead data quality initiatives and reporting across the division
  • Represent the team on the organisation's Data Committee
  • Support GDPR compliance and data lineage documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-led initiatives
  • Provide training and mentorship on data literacy and tools
  • Troubleshoot data issues and support operational data controls

  • Strong Tableau and SQL skills
