Supply Desk are looking for a talented and committed MFL Teacher to join a brilliant team at a school in Chesham from September 2025. Whether you specialise in French, Spanish, or both, this role offers the chance to shape the way students connect with the world around them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging MFL lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 available for the right candidate.
• Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student feels confident to participate and succeed.
• Using a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners and make language learning fun, relevant, and impactful.
• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress regularly, using data to inform teaching and support individual learning journeys.
• Promoting cultural awareness through enrichment opportunities, themed days, clubs, and international trips.
• Supporting the development of the MFL curriculum, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the department.
• Participating fully in school life – collaborating with colleagues, attending CPD sessions, and contributing to a positive staff culture.

• A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a strong subject knowledge in French and/or Spanish – Unqualified candidates with a passion for teaching languages are welcome to apply!
